So many things going on with all the kids that keep us so busy but it’s so good!
Beau’s volleyball team had a tournament down in Seal Beach that we all went to. The kids all had fun playing with the siblings. Our young coaches were late to one of the games so Lindsay and I warmed up the team! We even got in a few minutes of the beach.

Erin, Haley and I took the girls to the Barbie experience and we sure had a good time! Girls were giddy all night!

For the first part of Spring Break we took the kids to Brianhead to snowboard with the Cahills. Beau, Trey and Sami loved it! Kayli was too afraid of getting hurt and missing volleyball! Trey cracked me up because he was so comfortable with the ski lift and everything by the end and would just go by himself but loved going with Parker too. Beau flew down the mountain. Sami thought we were going sledding so she was not happy when she learned we were snowboarding but she ended up loving it.

We took a little detour on the way home and saw and drove through Zion National Park!

Golden Knights game- they got tricked into helping hand out swag and then watch the game for free… without a seat. But Emily hooked them up and found them good seats!

We celebrated Kenny’s birthday with friends and then drove to Utah on his actual birthday to be there for Kayli’s tournament the next day. We went to the Lindon temple open house on the way up.

We did some fun Salt Lake things before Kayli’s games started… City Creek, the Delta Center, Scheels.

Kayli’s tournament was a good one! They won 6 straight games only to lose in three in the championship to a team they had beat the night before. 7-1 for the weekend a 2nd place finish isn’t bad.

School Daddy-Daughter dance…

Trey helped the GATE program sell stuff they had made at the VGK Farmer’s Market…

Lindsay and I coached the middle school boys Varsity volleyball team. We had fun and I think the boys improved a lot! We had a winning season, missed playoffs by one spot unfortunately, but overall it was a great season.

Celebrating Easter with a couple Walk with Jesus events that were perfect.

The Poulsen’s stayed with us on their way to Utah so we made bunny pancakes in keeping with our breakfast tradition…

Easter and General Conference…

Red Rock Rave…

Fun Valiant Activities and repelling for the youth…

Kyndle was married and it was fun to have family come to town for it!

Kayli was invited to play with the 16s Impact team in Utah (she is 15s) and so Kenny took her up to play and she did awesome! KJ thought she was such a good libero and the team won the silver bracket with only one loss!

I stayed in Vegas so Beau could play in a hockey tournament with Coach Josh and the Crusaders. They played up in age so it was rough and Beau was Brock all weekend haha.

The kids always look forward to Take Your Kid to Work Day!
